One of our team members shared a heartbreaking story about his grandmother, who had been diligently paying her funeral insurance premiums for years. When the time came for her funeral and the family went to claim at the parlor, they were devastated to learn that she had missed a single payment about 10 years ago, which had lapsed her entire policy.
